Raise Your Game
Becoming a better YOU, means constantly raising your game. It's not about being perfect, it's about making progress. We often look at a goal, whatever it may be and get discouraged by its magnitude. Consider "progress" as taking baby steps. One shift in a decision could lead the way. Perhaps it's picking up a book instead of the remote, making a live call instead of an email, or going for an apple instead of an Oreo. Is there one thing you can do today to raise your game? Just one... not tomorrow, or the next day, or the next... one thing, TODAY.
